What’s New? 5/16/2026
Hi friends! Some of you know I have been toying with making caramels, but as per my usual style, I can’t just keep it simple. I’ve been working to perfect an espresso caramel chew. I have nailed the flavor down, but I am currently still working to straighten out the texture consistency. I am a perfectionist and I am my biggest critic. You may hear me brag about things like I am an egotistical maniac, but really, if you knew the money and the effort that went into perfecting each thing I make, you’d understand that it isn’t an ego brag, it’s more of an “omg! I finally did it!” Brag. I work hard and I crash hard when it comes to a lot of things. These caramels are going to be the death of me. I want them to be amazing and something you can only get from me, because the flavor burst and happiness that stems from tasting them.
